Also had it staked and sand bagged with those it came with and had 15-20mph gusts come through all weekend with a steady 10mph breeze. The canopy wavered slightly but never acted like it was going to fly, unlike a couple of neighboring canopies.

My gear stays dry, and it keep the wind out too, if need be. In the winter I am toasty warm in as cold as -10f.

The price is right for the quality. It keeps the rain out mostly (yes, you will see some moisture on the zippers in driving rain, and the wall may feel damp after long, heavy rains.
