The customer service and after-sales service attitude is very good, very patient, and the quality of the umbrella is also very good. It uses waterproof fabric, which is really great!

We bought this to replace an older, smaller umbrella that was in bad shape. I was a bit skeptical based on the price but was surprised at how sturdy it is. It was a direct drop-in replacement for the old umbrella.This new umbrella is much bigger.Heather Beige is a fantastic color!
